FUTRSPORT

A custom Shopify storefront for PENTA, a goalkeeper training airbag. The site shows the equipment in use, explains how it fits into a training session, and lets customers choose a color and order.

What was built: Replacement theme on Shopify’s Dawn foundation: home page, product pages and support pages for desktop and phone.

Post Grad Project

Tools I built for David’s coaching business: a CRM, a course site, a client workspace and a video editor. When someone asks for his internship email templates, the form asks what they’re working toward and where they’re stuck. Those answers go into the CRM with the person’s history, so David can see why they came to him.

King MLS

Software I built for Mike King, a real estate agent in Los Cabos. Each listing from his saved MLS searches gets a market rank from Mike’s own formula. For a buyer, a separate match rank reflects that person’s must-haves and preferences.

The top match for an example rental-income buyer: DREAM B301, $230,000, buyer match #1 and market #8. It meets the must-haves, including 2 bathrooms; it is unfurnished, so the buyer’s furnished preference is not met, and an ocean view is mentioned in the listing, to confirm with the agent. Its buyer score is 53 points. On wider screens match #2 appears beside it with 52 points. — An example buyer’s top match, with the preferences it meets and misses, and its score

What was built: A buyer shortlist showing each property’s price, both ranks and the reasons it fits. Reviewing a property keeps the buyer’s context with its photos and details, then returns to the same shortlist. An MLS sync and ranked Google Sheets support his work with clients and his newsletter.
Status: In production, private to the client
