The preview is free. You pay the first $250 only if you want the full site.
See-It-First Guarantee
You see the finished site, privately, on your phone and computer before anything goes live. If you’re not happy with it, tell me before launch and I’ll refund your $250. You never owe the other $250.
Website care, if you want it
$348 a year (about $29 a month, billed yearly) after launch. It covers hosting, upkeep, and small text and photo updates to your existing pages that you email me. New pages and other larger additions are quoted separately. Without care, you arrange your own hosting.
Headshots and business photography
Your photo day is with Jonathan Orenstein, whose specialty is professional headshots. His portfolio also covers brand photography for businesses, hospitality and live events.
Photography is separate: $1,000 for a photo day at your business.

What if I don’t like it?
If you don’t like the free preview, ignore it; you owe nothing. If you’ve paid the first $250 and you’re not happy with the finished site, tell me before launch and I’ll refund it. You never owe the second half.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. Everything can happen by email. If you’d rather talk, call or text me at (914) 602-2223.
What do you need from me?
For the free preview: your current site or listing, your town, your name and your email. You can also tell me what you want more of. For the full site, any photos and details you want on it.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do, whether or not you choose website care. Your domain stays in your name, and at launch you get the site and every login. Without care, you arrange your own hosting.
What happens after launch?
Fixes for anything on the new site are included for 30 days. After that, website care is optional: $348 a year for hosting, upkeep, and small text and photo updates to your existing pages that you email me. Larger additions, like a new page, are quoted separately.
Can you take new photos?
Yes. A photo day at your business is $1,000, photographed by Jonathan Orenstein. Professional headshots are his specialty; his portfolio is at jophotographic.com. It’s optional; your site can launch with the photos you already have.
